Wilson Blade

The Wilson Blade is my favorite tennis racket. Blade has the most iconic design of a rim that dynamically changes color. It allows the racket’s rim to transform between shades of green and copper depending on the lighting. This racket has the best technology, feel and reasonable price. As an attacking player who wants to have full control of the ball it’s the best racket that I can use. Go to any professional tournament or college match, and you’re sure will see wilson blade in action.

One of Criteria that makes Wilson Blade such a great racket for competitive players is the feeling that this racket gives. The combination of flexibility and stability found in Blade is designed to give competitive players a more connected-to-the-ball feel. These players rely on feeling the vibration of the ball on their string bed in order to feel more confident playing their aggressive game style. Blade’s smaller head size (98 sq. in) and thin beam (20.6mm) allow these players to feel more in-tune control over every shot; something that’s very important in high-pressure situations.

The Second criteria is the collection of incredible technology that this racket has. Countervail is Wilson’s unique performance tennis racquet technology that maximizes a player’s energy, reduces shock vibrations and reduces muscle fatigue, providing an amazing level of playing stability. Braided Graphite+Basalt technology combines elastic and reactive materials to improve the racquet’s resilience and improve ball-string contact. Parallel Drilling allows the strings to move freely on contact with the ball, thereby increasing the area of ​​the working spot and guaranteeing a more powerful and accurate strike. Third criteria is good price. If you order a racket from the official wilson website it is $250. If you compare this price with other famous companies such as Yonex.  Then all their professional rackets start at $270+tax.  Which is already $20 cheaper.  The Wilson Blade is not the cheapest racket you can find on the market but for the feeling and control that racket gives is definitely worthist .  In general, for all 13 years in tennis, I bought rackets from $ 240-$ 250, this is the price that I want to pay for rackets.  But if the racket costs about $300, then I will not be as pleased to buy it as a racket for $250.  Although in fact tennis is not a cheap sport where one individual training in NY costs $120.  And when a player buys a racket, he pays attention only to how comfortable he / she is to play with this racket. So price is not the most important thing in tennis rackets but the good thing about wilson blade price is when you buy this racket you feel that you don’t overpay. 

Wilson engineers have fine-tuned every aspect of the racket to give players maximum control of the ball without sacrificing power when hitting the ball.  The technologies that this racket has allows it to have amazing control. And the price is not overpriced. For me personally is the best racket in the world.
